Add optional "Country of Citizenship" to Contact Us form

Those of us who meet in a secure location need to pre-register guests so they can get into the building. To do that, we typically need to ask for the person's "country of citizenship," in addition to the usual name and contact information. It would be great if the Contact Us form had an option to include a prompt for Country of Citizenship. Thank you!
