Can we display dates under Membership Management

Under the Membership Management section, there are no dates to help us manage members. For example, can we display some of the following dates:
    Prospects
  • Date that they submitted the form/requested info about the club
  • Last contact/follow-up date (date that club last reached out to the prospect)
    Guests
  • Date that guest visited the club
  • Last contact/follow-up date
    Former Members
  • Membership end date

Follow-up dates are there, but you have to click on each button to see the follow up dates. It would be useful if the info above were displayed in the table and could be exported as well for easier management and quick action.

Looks like several read it but I'm the first one to reply tiffany.shire.

While your idea has merit to help the VPM track visitors/guests, ex-members, etc ... I doubt it will be implemented. So some other easy way needs to be created.

At our club we have printed sign-in sheets for Guests and now as well for members (to track attendance). Both are scanned and shared with VPM and president; or the VPM photographs on her iPad/iPhone. Also kept in 3-ring binder. But we usually forget to send an invitation to the next meeting to everyone who queried but skipped a meeting.

All the GUEST information you want to collect (Date guest visited; Last contact/follow-up date); and all the similar Prospect information (Date that they submitted application/date requested info about the club) can be collected in one large Excel spreadsheet (probably printable on 8x14). (In fact, in the days before computers when letters were typed and finances were tracked on paper, TI's older VPM officer manuals used to include spreadsheet-like table for collecting and recording such information, including date joined, last contacted, first attended, ... I converted the table design into an Excel version onto which to collect the same information and record more contact info.

If your Guest contacted your club through your website (contacts) or directly to an officer, those messages can be stored temporarily in a folder and eventually added into your tracking document.

As for ex-Members, I don't track when they left (nor when they stopped attending); most just "disappear" by not paying dues. And won't be contacted for 5 years - when we try to invite them back for our club's anniversary.

I still may have some of the older spreadsheets on which I'd' track every contact for Guests, ... - a real hassle. But entering the same information into Membership Management might be just as cumbersome.
If you contact me by my login name though Yahoo, I might still have some of the older Excel. (I throw little away..)
(As VPPR I used to track each newspaper contact, dates articles submitted, dates appeared, ..... using similar forms from VPPR officer manual converted into Excel, ....)

It is a matter of available space on the screen. Perhaps this could be in a tooltip or an additional report... have you verified that this is not already in one of the Membership Reports?

The membership table is particularly challenging because I need to somehow get its contents to fit on a cell phone screen.

These things are why I am very hesitant to commit to add anything new to the Membership table itself. A creative approach is needed for this.

Don't get me wrong... I am sensitive to the need you are expressing. I am just having a hard time figuring out where to show the info.
