New Visitors Popup?

I'd like to see a feature that pops up a guess sign in window. One that allows new visitors to fill out a brief intro page, so we can follow up with them later via email or by phone, to see if there are any questions we can answer or maybe next steps?

Declined.... We already have a Contact Us form... please review our docs and get familiar with it.
