Freehost club website Opt-In list (Club 9771)

Would love to have the functionality to send emails to anyone on the club's "Freehost Toast Opt-in lists".
Example is to send the meeting agenda to our "Prospects List"
Anyone that has Opted-in confirmation (to that listing, and perhaps others as well)

Die to privacy issues FTH will not allow the agenda to be emailed from the agenda app.

If the persons on this list have chosen to Opt-in, they are approving emails etc.
When we add a member, they must Opt-in to receive emails, when we add someone to the Prospects list, they too need to Opt-in.
This says they consent to email activity.
If they do not Opt-In (IE: Consent to email activity) within 30 days, the software removes them from the list.

Can we rethink and reconsider this?

They are not members of Toastmasters International and have not signed the membership form. Not FTH rules.
