for the theme and word/idiom of the day) or at least add a second page that can be customized for help informing their attendees of the meeting roles and members of announcements and goals (beyond the
meeting notes
).
For example, some clubs use the second page for showing the
meeting roles
with any custom roles (e.g., profiler, agile leader floater). Others showcase their program schedule for the term with a roadmap to becoming a distinguished club (attached) like

where they requested a more readable layout for the project info the speaker, title, and evaluator names on the same row of a table from a visual designer's perspective.
