Unable to sign in admin console

From my home computer I am able to launch the admin console. From my laptop at remote locations I am unable to open admin console. Please advise as to how I can fix this.

You need to make sure your laptop have Java script enabled and if you are using Internet Explorer that your cookies are set as per this FAQ

Thank you. I reset the "cookies". How do I enable Java script or find out if it is on my computer?

Java script is usually install by default but can be disabled, manually or by your security software.

We do not provide PC support, you will have to google that information or talk to your local PC support people.

I did the Bing search and found and downloaded Java. I am not able to login to the admin console. Thank you very much!

i have javascript enabled. cookies are enabled but I cannot launch the admin console after signing in as the site admin. I tried with IE 11 in adddition to Edge, Chrome and Firefox on PC with Windows 10.
