First, thank you for all that you do here. This site has been invaluable to our efforts to publicize our club.
Background:
We'd like to use the officer e-mails to register for other accounts (for example, Asana and Twitter), so that all correspondence regarding the other accounts goes to that e-mail. That way, we can keep the same e-mail on the other accounts, but when we change the officer in our FreeToastHost admin console, the change essentially "cascades" across the other accounts, since your server redirects the e-mail to the new officer. It saves us from ever losing control over the other accounts, since we can switch the member's e-mail address (to receive recovery e-mails) at FreeToastHost without the password on the other account. Hopefully that made sense... I think it's a good practice for an organization with continually changing leadership.
Our issue is this:
When (or if) the FreeToastHost servers redirect the e-mails, they come through as garbled text, not HTML. I attached the Asana "forgot password" e-mail that I received on my personal e-mail, which sent to vped-639@toastmastersclubs.org and redirected by the server. In addition, some registration confirmation e-mails don't come through at all (Twitter, sent today at 1:07 pm to vppr-639@toastmastersclubs.org).
Are you able to provide any suggestions on this? Is it possible to have the server allow HTML formatted e-mails?
Thank you in advance for any help you are able to provide.
