Member cannot send email to 2945 club email address

One of our newer members attempted to use our members-2945@toastmastersclubs.org email address to remind our club about our upcoming meeting and the message was never sent. He didn't receive an error or bounceback, it's just the message never sent to the group. I use this email all the time and do not have a problem. I tried it this morning and it still works for me. He is set up in the member list just like all the other members are. What do I need to do enable this member to use our club list?

But no one received the messages. They are not in my spam folder. I do not understand the part about needing javascript to enable viewing of the email. My browser already has javascript enabled. Should I have Raj try to send again?

The emails are protected and not sent out via email. that is all the javascript message means.
