I have been using a particular password to administer our website. The previous administrator accidentally changed it, and told me what it was, so I was able to get in. Now someone has changed it again, and I cannot get anyone to admit to it. I need to finish signing up a new member, and can't log in. Can anyone help me?

You have 3 options,

If you are the admin, you can click on reset password or
click on change administrators or
click on this link: support.toastmastersclubs.org/doc/item/w...-no-longer-available

The link actually says "when the administrator is no longer available" we may need to rename it. (It was modified today)

Can you provide your club number so we can assist you better?

Our club 1663. Mount Forest Motivators.
I would like to change the password.
I tried but they rejected all my new passwords.
I am the administrator, but am thinking of making our VP of Education the administer, but I would still like to be able to add to web page.

Do I put in the anticipated new admin name and his e-mail in the form?

If you already have an existing password, you do not need to use the form, you should be able to change it to anything you want, as log as it is six characters long and contains both letters and numbers only
You can put in the new admin's name and email address as well.

But if you do not know the password, yes you can fill the form out with the new admin's name and email. But, once that person authenticates, they will have to share the password with you.

My suggestion: set and share the password. My club allows every officer to have the password. We have been doing this since the beginning with no issues.
