Names disappearing from meeting roles

Hello,

After editing a meeting agenda and saving the changes, the names of members for the entire agenda disappear. The entire agenda becomes vacant. This has happened several times in the last few months.

Any help you could provide would be much appreciated.

First, can you give me an agenda date or something I can look at as an example?

Thanks for your reply. I was editing the Aug. 25 agenda today. A screen shot won't help, because right after this glitch occurred, I simply re-entered the names that disappeared from the agenda and then I saved the agenda.

If I were to take a screen shot the next time this happens, it will only show a blank agenda. All the roles will be there, but without any names.

I think this has happened when I've made multiple changes to an agenda before saving. However, I should be able to make a few changes to an agenda before having to save.

Thoughts?

Save, save, and save often. It is not like Excel where everything is kept in memory and it knows the last few steps you took. This is all single point in time values in the form controls, and if the system cannot figure stuff out from whatever you have left when you finally click save, mayhem may ensue.
