We added new members to our Royal Oaks Toastmasters web site. How do the new members received their Welcome letter indicating their sign on information from you?

Also, our meeting time on the agenda does not stay at 9:30am it goes back to 12:00PM.....How do we correct this?

Janet,

1. In membership management, click on the tab click on the New Member Welcome tab, choose the member and press save.

2. It looks like your agendas were created from the generic 3 speaker template. click into each one that is incorrect, click on the edit pencil, click on the Agenda Setup tab, change the time and save. For future agendas, either create them from an existing or create a template with the correct time.

Log in as the administrator, click on launch admin console. In the Select a Page list, select Membership Management from the drop down list
