Hello,

Our immediate past president is requesting that she be removed from our 'Officers' distribution list. Is there a way to facilitate that?

Thank you,

Brendan,

The IPP can set choose to check the setting "Do Not create an public officer alias for me."
The instructions are at this link: support.toastmastersclubs.org/doc/item/email-lists-and-aliases

Just make her a regular member, then. The IPP officer setting just includes them in officer email anyway. It has not other special meaning.

Thank you for the reply. How do I do that? On the local chapter webpage, the administrator box 'Membership Management' drop down selection has her bracketed off with the rest of the current officers. How do I tell the system to remove that title from her? It is somewhat Orwellian, they know who she is!!!!!!!!!

In membership management, scroll down to the Assign Officer, Guest, Former Member Status. Select her name, and in the role drop down, select Member
