Formatting tools in Meeting Description was created by dhkendall
Our VPE is wanting to add a theme to the header of every meeting that of course changes, so she edits the header in "Meeting Description" tab on the agenda. However, she says that she could only use regular formatting, when she clicks on the sizing/bolding it just greys out and doesn't perform the function. I've tried it myself and had no problems, so I'm wondering what might she need to do to not have the formatting choices greyed out?

What browser and version is she using?

If IE has she checked her security / cookies settings?

She reports:

"I was using a recent IE version, so instead, I changed to Chrome, and Voila! It Worked"

So that advice was quite helpful! I don't know if it's something that you can change (I know when I was back doing web design often I had to add "if ie" tags a lot in my designs), but it might be something to look into?

Oh, and how does one send a "thank you"? I noticed you have several, but I want to send another one.

1) still have her check her security settings to the link I sent you.

2) At the bottom of the post is a link to say thank you

Not our editor code (CKEditor). Probably time to get the latest update with bug fixes in it.
