home page content disappeared

I was updating the home page this morning and about half of the content has disappeared. I tried reloading the website from the server, but that did not correct the issue.

That was a lot of information. Can it be recovered?

Without knowing what was lost it would be tough to know if we can recover or not.

From what I can see the last things on the home page are the Smedley on the left and the club success plans on the right. These blocks look correct so what is missing?

I was updating some information on the home page when the page started not accepting instructions.
At the lower part of the home page all of the text is underlined....I did not underline it.
Under "Latest News" there is a bit of programming gibberish (which doesn't show up in admin mode)....I did not do that.
There was a list in the top right cell of every area contest winner and a link to their photo.....this is now missing.
In the lower half of the top left cell was an image and two more links....these are missing.

When looking in the "Source" some of the information that is not visible when looking at the home page seems to still be in the source information, such as a PROXY FORM.

I have cleared the browser cache, restarted the computer, and reloaded the website from the server. This procedure did not correct the current issue.

Only one other person has admin rights to this page, but they do not make changes on this site.
My best guess: I somehow, inadvertently made an entry that is affecting the coding.

Hopefully, that is enough information to clue you into what might have happened.

When did you do the contest winner part that is missing?

I've been manually trying to correct items on the page.
The contest listing has taken about the last month to complete....as contests were held, I added the winners and photos. I JUST finished it yesterday. It disappeared this morning while I was updating the website.

ok please do not do any more updates and i will see what can be done.
