How to edit/ delete Meeting notes from the Agenda!

Dear Fellows,

I would appreciate if you please advise as to how we can edit or delete a Meeting Note from the Agenda. If it can be done who is to do it? Is it the Site Administrator or the person who put the note or both?

It has to be done by the person who created the meeting note OR the admin if they login as that person using the admin password (instead of the member's password).
