VPE Blocked from Website

I am the Administrator for Club #1227591 Broads & Beaus Toastmasters
broadsandbeaus.toastmastersclubs.org & broadsandbeaus.com
Our VPE says that she is unable to sign-on and sent the attached screen shot. She was able to sign in over a year ago -- long before becoming VPE.

I was able to log in as Zaida, what is the error she is getting?

remember she has to be signing in as a member not the admin.

We will need her IP address to see if she is being blocked by the server she can get her IP by going to
ipaddy.com/

Zaida is an adjunct professor at a local CA college. I will hear from her later today and will pass along that data then. Thank you again.
