Error Logging in as Admin

After the upgrade, I cannot login as admin, I get the following error:

Software error:

The timezone 'Etc/GMT-7' could not be loaded, or is an invalid name.
For help, please send mail to the webmaster (root@localhost), giving this error message and the time and date of the error.

This looks like a bug that should get some scrutiny.

What were you doing when you got this error?

I am happy that Brian was able to resolve the issue for you, but I am interested in making sure that another user does not encounter the same issue.
