Project and title shown on new agenda - with no speaker selected

I manage 3 club websites but only noticed this new anomaly on one of them.

On club 3692031 - Wavy Toastmasters - Speaker 1 has no member selected, but it shows a title and project. This occurs on all agendas to the end of January (because no agendas have been put in past that time), however, when the member was removed the title and project information returned.

When a member was inserted the title and project were reset. I checked this on the other two clubs and the problem did not occur.

I've included a screen image as attachment.

From what I can see, the information is within the role description, and because you are copying from one meeting to the next, it keeps that information.

I would suggest that you edit an agenda and keep it as a template.

From what I can now see I think I agree with you 100%. That does solve the problem, even though I can't identify the original source. Only two members can edit this field and nobody in the club has had a title like the one shown.

On a side note, I tried to edit the item but accidentally hit the delete icon instead. That worked very quickly! I added the item back, but the drag and drop feature to re-position it did not seem to work. Maybe I'm just having a bad day.

I am the system developer.

If I understand you correctly, when a member is removed from a speaking slot, the corresponding role information is not being reset on the agenda. Correct?

OK, I also figured out that re-positioning. I was doing it from the wrong screen. I need a nap!

Steve - I think the major correction needed today is in my glasses. I thought it had gone away, but in fact it didn't. Roger's earlier reply was correct, although I don't know the source of the information, but I was able to edit and correct the agenda items.
