rblaser wrote: The "Recipient of replies to agenda notifications" setting has been set to "VP of Education & Toastmaster". When members reply to the sent agenda email, the reply email is not received by anyone. I did a test where i sent out an agenda.
For example, I received an agenda email fro address: "agenda.406104@rtptoastmasters.org". When i hit reply, it sends an email reply to address: "agenda.406104@rtptoastmasters.org".
The "Recipient of replies to agenda notifications" setting had been set to "VP of Education & Toastmaster" and neither the TM or the VP of Ed received this email. Please help me understand the cause of this issue. BTW, this has been this way for several months, thus is not related to the freetoasthost update.
Thanks,
Robert

Robert, there was also a glitch with table defaults not being honored. There is a new member profile setting that allows members to opt out of agenda notifications (on a per member basis). This is in response to some complaints by members about too many agenda emails.

This notifications setting in the member profile is set to enable agenda notifications by default.

However, the problem was that the table default was not being honored. This has now been fixed.

Sorry for any inconvenience.
