Meeting Notes at the Bottom of Meeting Agendas

I'm having trouble adding my meeting minutes to my most recent Meeting Agenda. I have been able to copy and paste my meeting notes into this section before but today is the first time I'm having trouble with this. Is there a reason for this?

Where are you pasting the notes in the agenda?
In the header or in the text box at bottom?
Thank you,

If you are using the meeting notes area at the bottom of the agenda, make sure you are logged in as a member. If you are logged in as Admin only you don't have authority to use the meeting notes

In the text box at the bottom. I am logged in a member when I'm trying to upload my meeting notes but it is not loading so that members can see those notes later.

Something my husband just brought up...Is there a character limit in the meeting agenda text box at the bottom of the Meeting Agendas?

What are you pasting from? MS Word?

This is only designed for simple text notes--there is not really a hard length. However, some text interpreting goes not to try to split out the logged in member's notes from all the rest. Anything that is not straight text will likely mess that up. If you have a large file, I would recommend uploading it to the file manager and placing a link to the file in the Meeting Agenda description at the top.

I may add a dedicated link to the agenda in the future for meeting minutes but we just do not have that right now.

I am using MS Word. I have always copied and pasted my meeting notes after writing them in an MS Office Word Doc prior to the change to FTH 2.0 without problem. It seems that the problem that I am facing is a recent type of glitch, but not sure.
