The last and only email this week from Connor was Dec 2 he has not tried again

I can see Peter's email it can in and went out

You need to make sure your companies email processor is allowing email from toastmastersclubs.org

Also, members must send from an email address that is in their member profile. That is how the email system recognizes them as a valid sender.

Since you are apparently a company club, keep in mind that your members may try to send from their personal email addresses, also.

They can do that if they enter their personal email addresses as a secondary email in their member profile. However, if they fail to do that and try to send from their personal email address, the system will bounce the email since it will not recognize their email address.

Email addresses must be accurate in the system and include up to two of the email addresses that members will send email from. The system will only allow emails from email addresses in the member profile.

Additionally, please make sure that your IT department has the domain toastmastersclubs.org whitelisted to allow free flow of emails. Otherwise, you company spam filters may filter out some of the emails.

Two of Connor's emails came through at the same time as this comment. Maybe it is something to do with his company's email processor - I will get him to follow up with IT.

The IT department may be greylisting us, hence the delay.
