I can not send email to the group

Hello I am the president and Ihave been sending emals to the group no problem. I tried yesterday and this is what I got back

Email addresses must look like xyz-######@toastmastersclubs.org or mno-d##@toastmastersdistricts.org.; niantictoastmasters@toastmastersclubs.org does not match this. You cannot send email to niantictoastmasters@toastmastersclubs.org. For more information on using FreeToastHost email addresses, visit support.toastmastersclubs.org .


We are not a new club and I am nt sure why I go this email and why the info was not sent. Help

Please log into your site and in the menu look for "Club E-mail Addresses" this is the list of valid email Freetoasthost email addresses for your club.

You cannot use the website alias for emails--it is just for easy navigation to your website. It is not designed to work with emails. (not my design on that)

If you do not have a custom domain for your club, then you must use the club number version of the email addresses to send email.
For example, members-9213@toastmastersclubs.org .
