Issues with the mailing list

We recently had some upgrades done to our club's website, I believe from TMI.

Since that not very many of our member are getting the club emails and we have tried everything to fix it to no avail. Can someone please help us out?

Please give me a couple of examples of people not receiving the emails and approximate times.

On November 30th there were some website edits done by Steve James (FreeToastHost System Developer). Our membership meets every Monday, and the communication regarding had already gone out to the membership and was successful in reaching everyone (Since Friday November 28th. Emails would have been coming from the address members-3057@toastmastersclubs.org
Club communication regarding our December 8th meeting was attempted on Thursday December 4th, only roughly 5 of 40 members on the mailing list received the communication. We discussed it at the meeting and agreed to send the communication for the December 15th earlier as a test and to allow for persons to manually circulate it. None of the membership on the mailing list has received anything.
We are trying to get to the bottom of this as seamlessly as possible and it seems to be a bigger problem than we can handle. Steve James was not welcoming to answering questions that we had regarding this.

Please help.

If your club/district wishes to use this email address now, then you need to specifically enable it in the Email and Contact Forms (Contact Us Form tab) dialog.

Per my prior message, the latest update for the rich text editor used for editing webpages, emails, and nametags has been downloaded from the developer's website and installed. If you have any issues with the updated editor, get in touch with us at the FreeToastHost Support Website at support.toastmastersclubs.org .

An update to the color picker plugin was downloaded and installed. It will now save any color selections in the left-side palette, if the color is not already in the palette.

I made an update to the FTH2 login/authentication/cookie handling code last night to address many of the issues that users have been having with logouts.
To ensure that you receive this update quickly, you should restart your browser and then click the blue reload link at the bottom of your website.
I will be working on another change over this weekend to attempt to lessen the dependence on cookies for storing login status on your computer.

1) the updates to the editor has nothing to do with the sending or email.

2) When was the email sent regarding the Dec 15th meeting and who sent it?

I have searched the mail logs and I do not see any email to members-3057@toastmastersclubs.org today or last week.

Please ensure that the sender is using the correct email address.

I have verified that the email list is being expanded properly.

The last communication listed in our email log for your club is Wed Nov 26 01:31:07 UTC 2014 from lyndsxxxxxxx@gmail.com (email address altered by me here for privacy). The subject of that email was "Dec1st-Annex TM ROSTER please check your role!" . It looks like that went out without any issues.

Your members need to make sure that the domain toastmastersclubs.org is listed as a safe sender in their email software/webmail.

I can do a test email to your members if you would like.
