If you (as Site Admin) or your Site Admin sets up the officer assignments, your VPE will be able to create and edit agendas without being logged in as Site Admin. There are other functions available to officers.

Only the VPE or the Admin can create agendas. Once an agenda has been created the President can edit it, and once the Toastmaster role has been allocated, the Toastmaster will also be able to edit the agenda.

Pam, I think you mean the agenda templates, don't you?

Hopefully I have this right, please correct me if I am wrong Steve.

Agendas
The VPE or the site admin can create and edit agendas
President and assigned toastmaster for the agenda can edit agendas but not create them.

Templates
Only the Admin can create and edit templates, unless one (or up to two) of the other officers (typically the VPE) is given access to edit the agenda settings.

If there are no officers assigned in membership management, only the Site Admin can create or edit agendas and templates.

Almost. ;) The assigned meeting Toastmaster does not need to be an officer or the admin to edit agendas.
(exception to your last statement) Of course, someone else would have to had created that agenda for them to edit.

In any case, as I think that user hsvahn has everything squared away, I am going to close out this thread.
