All he has to do is follow the instructions on the login screen:
Type his name in the top box in the login screen. The system will predict his name after a few letters have been typed. He must select his name from the new box that shows up below the one he is typing in to make sure his name is correct as entered in the system. He must leave the password box empty and press the Authenticate/Login button. An email will be sent to him at the email address registered in your membership management. He should get it almost immediately (if not, get him to check his junk mail). He should then link back to the site from the email.
You can generate the email to him by typing in his name and selecting it and then pressing the Authenticate/Login button
