Little Tiny Glitch in Background Color Handling

Ok, I was able to clean it up on the test website a bit more.

If I make the white transparent it also makes it look like there is a huge gap above and below the banner image on colored backgrounds.

Whether the white is intentional or not, that is what is approved by TI as the masthead.

Gentlemen, It seems to me that you can move on to fixing other things and making REAL improvements! I had no idea I'd start such a "depth" exploration. THANKS to both of you, but perhaps enough is enough!
