When I tried it on your Hillsborough site, it hung the first time I tried due to a pop up blocker. After I enabled the pop up, then launched admin console again, it worked for me.
I made some changes to the Name Tag javascript to make it less likely to trigger pop-up blockers. That should not be an issue anymore moving forward.
