Club Calendar and Custom Web Page

Hello,

How do I change the club calendar. We changed the start time or our meetings and the club calendar still shows the old time 5:15. My club number is 2196748.

Also when I create a new custom website page and don't want it listed under public or members links, how do I do this? There is no URL.

I am seeing 5:30pm for meeting start in the club calendar (after allowing for timezone difference). Try reloading the site from the server (link at the very bottom of the page) and see whether that helps.

On 9 January, you have two agendas: one starting at 5:15 and one starting at 5:30. You probably need to remove the first one.

If you want a new page to be completely unlisted, there's an option for it near the bottom of the pull-down menu where you choose what kind of page it should be. support.toastmastersclubs.org/doc/item/custom-pages has more details.

Hi Jane, I still not sure how to create a link to a page that will not appear on the navigation page of the website. I read the link you sent me. For example, a list of club officers and their emails. This is saved as a .doc file so it does not save into the link if you know what I mean.

As for the calendar, I searched for the 5:15 time agenda but could not find it. There are two Jan 8th meeting agenda, both start at 5:30 pm.

The club officer emails are listed on the link in the members area. called "Club E-mail Addresses"

Why would you want to duplicate that information?
