You need to have the new site admin complete and file the change request located here.

As I stated before, the admin was blocked because the approval submissions were going to an old email address that she no longer had access to.

As Brian is pointing to, start with getting your information corrected on the Toastmasters website via Club Central. That will correct the Find a Club entry that our change form refers to. It may take several days after you make the change on Club Central before it is reflected in you club's Find a Club entry. Once it correctly shows up in Find a Club, then do our admin change form. The change form will send out a couple of emails with approval links in them. Once one of the approval links is clicked, the admin will be changed over to the new person.
