In order to add a calendar event you will have to be logged on to your site as either a member or as the administrator. The events will be displayed in a different color depending on how you are logged on.

To change your meeting information you will need to be logged on as site admin and launch the admin console to get to the relevant areas that need updating.

Thank you Pam, I am having a problem logging in as the site administrator. I keep getting a response that indicates my old work email address and the current email address. I have checked with Toastmasters International and they said they only have one email address on file, procd@aol.com. I will continue to try to resolve the issue.

Cynthia, you are registered as your FTH site admin with your work email address. You are registered on your membership database with your aol email address. FTH doesn't know that you and the site admin are the same person, but your admin details should update if you follow the procedure below.

In order to get access to the site, click on the "Login as site admin" link. Then click on the "click here to change the site administrator" link and proceed. That will cause an email to be sent to the person listed with TI as your club contact (that shows as you with the aol address) and one to the current site admin (your old address). You should get one of the the emails at your new address - that will ask you to authorise the "New" admin (you with your correct address) and give you access to your site. I checked your club contact email on TI Find A Club and that was correct 3 days ago (and still is).

Please try completing the submission form once more (Login as site admin, then click on the "click here to change the site administrator" link and proceed.) Make sure you submit the form, even though it shows your old work email as one of the contacts. The alternate confirmation email will be sent to your current address (the address as recorded at TI).
