Agenda

When I click on the print agenda icon, the page changes to the agenda page, then immediately returns to the home page without printing the selected agenda. HELP! Thanks for your time with this matter.

i just tried to print your agenda and it worked correctly

Please try clicking the reload link at the bottom of your site and try to print again.

You only click on the print icon once.

Just tried your suggestion of reloading the page, and cannot print our agenda.

Steps I took:
1. Went to FTH site
2. Logged in to site
3. Brought up the agenda
4. Agenda came up, and returned to the home page
5. Reloaded website from server
6. Brought up the agenda
7. Agenda came up, and returned to the home page
8. Repeated process three more times, can not print agenda.

What browser and version are you using? We would like to try and duplicate you efforts.

I am using the Fire Fox browser (version 35.0) with Yahoo(version 1.26) search engine. Thank you.

Are you logged in as member or admin or both when this happens. If you are the site admin please try all 3 ways and see if you have the same problem in each instance.

Is the agenda closing and the home page opening immediately after you open the agenda or does it only happen after you press the print icon?

If it only happens after you press the print icon:

• please check to see if another tab has opened with the agenda for printing. That happens to me using Chrome, but in my case the new tab shows in front. After that I cannot do anything on the website until I have closed the new tab.
• please confirm that your printer is working correctly by printing something else

I am hoping something here might give us a clue as to what is causing your problem
