Custom WebPages is missing access to Members only created custom pages

Ok, reload your browser tab, and load the custom web pages. You should now see a pop-up with the guts of the drop down. Please screen capture that and post it here.

I just shut down my system to clear up my cache. Loaded page in IE11 an I didn't see any popup menus.
Loaded page in Chrome, a page flashed momentarily, however it was too quick to capture. Will clear up cache and try to catch in Google Chrome however, absolutely nothing appeared in IE11.
Chrome still shows members menu while IE still doesn't.

I also checked my IP address and indeed it is the one I provided you.

I just did,
Something happened but no popup menu.
I am now stuck in a never ending loop of a membership management screen. Can't close it, can get to the other options. I can only see the options within Membership management.

Close browser and restart it, it brings me automatically to this screen.

Endless loop is also found in Chrome. Managed to get a print out of the pop up from Chrome. It's irrelevant info.
