Penny,

In the club membership management, the email address is still incorrect. It is missing the realty part of the email address.

It might help to send them detail explanations of how to log in and maybe help them with their login name. Such as - Tell them how you added them (their name and designation). What did you input into the system?

Then explain to them to click on link in their email and they did not receive that email, explain to them to check their junk mail.

I hope that this makes sense and you are able to help your member In the past, I have run into a few that never really get it though and if they are like that, then maybe login for them and set a password for them or volunteer them for a role yourself and send them an email... Some people still in these days are not computer people... :0)

I have verified that the email address issue that RogerM pointed out is corrected.

I have sent the member the authentication link. Please have them check their email inbox and junk mail folder.

They need to click the link in the email which will allow them to set their password.

I recommend that your club set the email subject prefix in the Email and Contact Forms dialog as this will make your club emails stand out more which is useful for a new person to find something in their inbox.
