Include meeting notes on printed agendas and Multiple Meeting Signup Sheet was created by c.liller@gmail.com
Is there a way to Include meeting notes on printed agendas and Multiple Meeting Signup Sheets? Since there is no way to assign guests roles, we add it to the agenda Meeting Notes. We also put other notes there like who will not be at the meeting. It would be really helpful if these meeting notes printed out on the agenda and also on the Multiple Meeting Signup Sheets. If there already is a way would you please tell me how to do it?

Add several meeting roles titled "I Will Not Attend". Let people sign up for those. If you number them (#1, #2, etc) they will show up on the multiple meeting signup sheet. (e.g., I Will Not Attend #1, I Will Not Attend #2, I Will Not Attend #3, etc.)
Meeting notes will print with agendas if you set the checkbox for that in Meeting Agenda Global Settings (in the admin console). support.toastmastersclubs.org/doc/item/agenda-default-settings
For guests on the agenda, just create a dummy member called GUEST (or {GUEST} so it sorts to the bottom of the list) and use that to reserve spots on the agenda. The name of the guest can be put in the role description.

You can include the meeting notes on printed agendas: Launch admin console / Meeting Agenda Settings. The setting is on the global settings tab. They don't show on the signup sheets.
A way to assign guest roles is to create a dummy member called "Guest" in Membership Management. Roles allocated to "Guest" will show up on the signup sheets.
Another way to record apologies is to add roles at the end of your agenda titled "Sorry I can't make it to this meeting #1", "Sorry I can't make it to this meeting #2" ..... Allocate zero time to these roles. You can choose whether or not you want them printed on the agenda. They will show on the signup sheets.
