Club officer email through website

Sending an email to an officer (i.e., vpe@ourclub.com) does not work, even though FreeToastHost says that such accounts are set up. I cannot find any settings or controls that allow me to confirm/adjust this feature. The officers all do have valid email addresses (in "membership management") that I understand the Host will direct the emails toward. What am I missing?

Your site has a custom domain name and there are errors in the DNS record setting. Until these are fixed, the email will not work.

Basic instructions for the settings are in support.toastmastersclubs.org/doc/item/d...r-various-registrars - top two sections (before the instructions for particular registrars).

If this seems above your head (and it's not an area I know much about, either), a tech-savvy member of your club may be able to help. Failing that, ask the customer service people at your registrar for help.

I think (but I'm not 100% sure) that the officers-7248@toastmastersclubs.org address will work while you are getting the settings fixed. It will at least do no harm to try it.
