Who ever purchased the domain name needs to correct the DNS records at the registrar where the domain was purchased.

DNS records are important. One of the things they do is tell your domain name registrar how to route email to your club members when someone uses your club's custom domain name as part of an email address. There are several "types" of DNS records--each "type" has a letter code associated with it... The DNS record "type" we are asking you to correct via your registrar are the MX record type.
(I like to think that MX stands for "Mail Xfer" (mail transfer). It probably does not, but it helps me remember what that DNS record type does.)
Once you get the DNS records corrected at your registrar, the simple way to test your email is to just send an email to an officer alias. For example, you could send an email to president@minytoastmasters.com as a test once you get everything set up correctly. The officer aliases basically use the same email processing as the group email lists, so if an email to an officer alias is correctly received, everything else with email should also work correctly.
