Where you have Toastmasters introduces the Meeting Roles, I would suggesting giving all that time to the Toastmaster to use at his/her discretion for the functionary introductions, and just use placeholders (0 minutes) for the individual functionary roles. That way, it is enforced that the toastmaster controls those introductions and the functionaries are not guaranteed a specific time allotment (this helps keep the meeting on time).

Ditch the Toastmaster introducing the Evaluators... The General Evaluator will do that, so it is redundant and a waste of time.

Where you say "Report from *Grammarian*", you can also use "*Grammarian*'s Report" if it sounds better. Notice the asterisks before the apostrophe.

I would use "Presiding Officer" instead of President, with the assumption that normally it would be the president. If the club president is not available, presumably some other officer will preside.
