I will need you to see if you can run the browser developer tools while you do the save to see if there is a javascript error that gets flagged.

In IE, you can load developer tools with the F12 key. In Chrome, it is off the More Tools menu.

Basically, load developer tools, then reload the page with the link at the bottom and go through the motions of what you are trying to do.

Once you get the error, clear it, and check in developer tools. Look for anything flagged as an error in the console tab in developer tools or anything showing in red. Screen capture anything out of the ordinary and post here.

Ok, I am seeing some system timeout errors for you (the following are just a sample):
Code:
[Thu Feb 05 07:18:43.594558 2015] [cgi:error] [pid 25260] (70007)The timeout specified has expired: [client 203.3.24.23:39479] AH01224: Timeout during reading request entity data, referer: http://6428.toastmastersclubs.org/ [Thu Feb 05 07:23:01.338140 2015] [cgi:error] [pid 27649] (70007)The timeout specified has expired: [client 203.3.24.23:64170] AH01224: Timeout during reading request entity data, referer: http://6428.toastmastersclubs.org/index.cgi?adminauth+6428+ey3w8adh98xzsAVuztGSW053s

Sometimes this is due to a bogus image or link reference in a page.

Since this looks like something is off with your content, I would also suggest saving your home page content to a file on your computer using the Web Page tools, so it can be easily restored. Make sure the resulting file is good... you should be able to double click it and load it in your browser.

After you have saved it, you can try deleting your home page content in the editor to see if it will let you save w/o an error. If it does, then the problem is something in your home page content. The way to track it down, is to restore from the backup, delete some sections, see if it saves. If it saves, restore more of it, and see if it saves.... you would have to keep doing this until you figure out what in the content is throwing stuff off.
