First of all, how do I create a guest list?
Secondly, how do I link the guest list to meeting notifications and member emails?

See support.toastmastersclubs.org/doc/item/membership-management for details on entering guests into the system.

You can't link the guest list to member emails and meeting notifications. Guests must be able to opt out of communications, or FTH runs the risk of being labelled a spammer.

This is one reason that only officers can use the guest list.
