How to print agenda as seen on screen?

Hi,

I normally print out the agenda from our website and it comes out as a list. It does not include all the text I enter and it doesn't have the same format at all compared to how it is seen on the screen. I've tried just about everything I can think of to print it out in a way that isn't condensed but rather looks as it does on the screen.

Attached are the screen version I would like to print and the version that actually gets sent to my printer.

Short of doing a screen shot (which has poor resolution), I am out of ideas.

Can anyone offer a suggestion on how to do this?

Turn on the role descriptions for the printed agenda... see here:

Yeah, in the admin console. It is one of the tabs with the Agenda Templates dialog.
