removing old members on the agenda

On our club meeting agendas we have old member names in the " members access log". However, I don't know how to remove these names. Please advise

Your site doesn't have anyone registered as your site admin. Does anyone have admin access? If so, that person should complete the administrator info on the admin console. The admin can change the status of your members who have left to former members. Here is the documentation on Membership Management. support.toastmastersclubs.org/doc/item/membership-management

If no-one has access to the admin console then whoever is going to be the admin will have to put in a request to change the admin. Usually that request has to be authorised by either the previous admin (as registered on the site and at FTH) or by the club contact as registered on TI. Thank you for your help, I went and registered but I still don't know how to remove old names from our agenda sign up sheet in our club website, they are listed under " member access Log"

Once you have been authorised as the website admin (by the TI contact person), you will have access to the Admin Console and the Membership Management area. If you change the members to former members (as per the documentation in my previous post), the former members will drop off your sign up sheets and your Member Access Log. Only current members are listed there.

If you had to change the TI contact details you might have to wait a while for the change to be registered before your admin request is directed to the right person. Once you can see the correct email link on Find-A-Club you can send the admin change request.
