"Reply to all" lacks CC addresses

Can we make email discussion with FTH mail address (such as officers list) plus some other individual club members' addresses?

For example, when I sent the message with the following mail header:
To: FTH's officers list
Cc: member A's address, my address
From: my address
Reply-To: my address
Member A and I received an email with exactly the same header as the original one. That's normal. We can continue discussing to all email receivers.

On the other hand, the email that archive address received did not have CC addresses.
Cc:
Reply-To: my address, FTH's officers list

How can I fix the settings to keep CC addresses?

Unfortunately, due to privacy issues, the addresses of club members cannot be shown when the aliases are used, and addresses that are in the CC list are not made available to members. The names of the other addressees might be listed as part of the email content in a future release of FTH.

Your best way to overcome this at the moment (assuming that you are sending to officers and a few members, and no non-members), is to make a custom group including those officers and members. If you have the "recipient of replies to custom group emails" set to "All Group Members and Sender" you will achieve your desired outcome. See this documentation for setting the email recipients: support.toastmastersclubs.org/doc/item/email-and-contact-forms

and this for creating custom groups in Membership Management (you'll find the custom groups paragraph near the bottom of the page) support.toastmastersclubs.org/doc/item/membership-management

The Freetoasthost email lists are not a list serv. The FTH email lists are just email forwarders.

If you want the functionality of a list serv you will need to find a third party solution. List servs will give the people who do not want to participate the option of opting out of your email discussions

Setting the members list to all recipients and sender will create a lot of email that many members may not want.

Thanks a lot for your explanation. Now, I'm clear what we can do and what we cannot with FTH email addresses.
