Our system indicates that you are not the registered system admin for your club, Francisco Moran is.
Francisco should also be able to change your club contacts.

The other thing is that I just looked, and per your clubs Access Settings, you as the VPM should already be set up to directly access Email and Contact Forms from your Members Only menu once you log in.

So... you should not even need to log in as the admin to get access to that dialog. You should just see Email and Contact Forms on the members only menu. Just log in as a member and click that.
