Agendas

Hi Everyone,

I just completed a great 4 speaker agenda, March 19th and would love to just be able to copy and paste it as a new agenda template. Is there a way to this without having to reenter each role and description in the template section?

Also why not create an extra information line to announce i.e. meeting theme, Open House, Guest Speaker Series, Speech Marathon, etc. After the date and time (yellow heading on screen shot).

I would like it to read "Meeting Agenda for March 19, 2015 5:30 PM-Speech Marathon Thursday, Day 1"

Thanks,

Marie

You can save *any* dated agenda as a named, undated template. You can do this via the pencil button dialog (first tab).

The meeting description is the intended area for meeting theme and other related "extra information".

I believe the meeting description is copied on every agenda so this does not work for specific meetings. Marie

The meeting description comes from the default meeting description that you setup in the Global Agenda Settings / Agenda Templates module of the Admin Console.

If you want to modify the meeting description used for creating future agendas, that is what you change.

Hi,

I do want to modify the meeting description but with a different heading for every meeting. If I modify the meeting description within the Global Agenda Settings / Agenda Templates module of the Admin Console, it will come up with the same description for every meeting.

Why not try putting a space next to the date to signal the type of meeting, open House, Contest etc. if possible. If there are there others requesting this as well, it might be worthwhile to look into modifying.

You can edit the meeting description for any specific meeting to put any meeting specific information in it. That is done via the pencil button.

I am not going to commit to doing any thing specific with that title bar area, as I have some other ideas of my own for it.
