Identity Crisis in Membership Management

I received this note when logging in:

[2015-03-30 23:31:56 GMT, FTH Developer] I made a few minor improvements to the Membership Management module: I improved how duplicate data errors are handled, I added "Built In" groups to the Select By Group drop down on the Members tab, and I decreased the number of actions in MM that would trigger a refresh when you exit the admin console

However, my name is Micheal McCray, but when I try to save in the Membership Management tool, I get errors such as:

You have errors in your form below. Please scroll down and correct the following:
Name (Holly Armes) is already in use for someone on the Prospects tab.
Email (harmes@scrippsnetworks.com) is already in use for someone on the Prospects tab.


Any time I try to change the name back, it says the same thing. If I were to delete Holly Armes from the list, it would pick another name.
And it also changes the first three officers to standard members.

How can this be fixed?

I was able to add members as officers... Try refreshing your browser at the bottom of the website...

This should be resolved, but there may be a few leftover data issues. Please review your Membership Management.
