A new member who joined this month, April 2015, is telling me she can't log on the club's website because her computer is not accepting cookies. I know she has been trying to set her password because, as website administrator, I've received numerous emails saying she asked to reset her password.
I don't know how old her computer is and assume she is relaying the message she is seeing. What can be done to remedy this? Right now she is relying on emails requesting to be put on the agenda.
Is this a simple question of a setting that needs to be changed on her computer or maybe a setting on the website itself? The platform we use is FTH 2.0
