Members unable to access agenda

Several members have been unable to access the agenda after logging in as a member.

We have tried resending the new member welcome email. That has not worked.

Passwords have been reset and this member is still unable to see the agenda or sign up for roles.

From what I understand, you are saying that some members can log in but they can't access the agenda.

Can they access any of the other Member only pages on your site, e.g. Private Member Directory?

My thoughts are that either they are logging in but having problems once they have logged in. If this is the case get them to check their cookie settings support.toastmastersclubs.org/doc/item/cookie-settings

or

they are not logging in. They can see the agenda item on the menu but they can't access it. They need to click on the Member Login Button and enter their member name or email address as registered in your Membership Management. An authentication email will be sent ti them (copied to the site admin) if they leave the password field blank. If they aren't receiving the email they should check their junk mail folder. Are you sure that their email addresses are correct in Membership Management? The authentication will go to that address

Hi Pam,

The member that is not able to access the agendas to sign up for roles is able to access other pages through the site. I can see that she logs in. So she does click on the link for agendas but does not get to it.
I have asked her to delete her cookies and this has not helped.

Their cookies settings need to be verified to correspond to the document Pam sent you.
