How can I add a member from another club to our clubs agenda?

If this cannot be done, I think there should be a new classification - other members. This way those individuals can be added to an agenda without making his or her a member,

Here's a method that might work for you.
In my club, we set up four guest "members" Guest1, Guest2, etc.
Then, when we have a guest speaker, we just use one of those member IDs, and put their name in the description.
It's a lot quicker than adding a new member for a one-time assignment.
