Our particular website idiosyncrasies

As webmaster, Club #1323949, I am facing two challenges. Could use your help in understanding why these things are happening:

1. When we send out copies of the agenda thru the email process, not all are receiving the email. In particular, Arlene Knickerbocker, DTM does not receive any agendas or copies of other things. I don't know whether others are not receiving the emails, either...

2. I worked with Arlene yesterday to change the home page. She went thru all the proper steps in saving changes she made. Now, the next day, when we open the website, the "old" home page comes up (about Chris Swanson speaking at the club), and not the new page. I know the new page is out there, as it came up one time when I was surfing thru the tabs. Can you find the new page, install it onto the site, and tell me why it disappeared? What can we do next time, if this happens again?

Her mail server is in a data center that has launched multiple attacks against our servers and so was blocked.
I have open access to her mail server.

I was able to make a change to her home page and save it.

When she saved did she actually see the saved message or was there a flashing yellow warning?
