Trying to get access to our website

I am new to the role of VPPR for my club and have been charged with the task of improving our use of the Website provided by FreeToastHoast2.0. I've learned you are a most helpful crew to deal with. I hope this is the appropriate place to ask for help.
WHat do I need to do to gain access to the website ie businessfocus.toastmastersclubs.org/#null .

To get access to your website, assuming that there isn't a current admin you can talk to, apply online at www.toastmastersclubs.org/welcome/ Make sure that your club's contact details at TI are up to date first - it may take a few days before they show up publicly.
